scanner crap

I have many things to post and no way to post them. My scanner is acting like a piece of poo again. Either we get a new scanner or somehow miraculously solve the issues with the current one we have. I do intend for this blog to actually be an "everyday" sort of thing. But alas, i'm a ludite, so gimme a couple more days folks.
